We had a fun and busy weekend. Friday night we just hung out and ate popsicles. Beck really loved his fudgesicle!

On Saturday, Harmon's had a great deal on strawberries...so we turned 4 pounds of strawberries from this....

to this! I admit my mom spoiled me when I was growing up and now I can only eat homemade jam. It's so delicious!

While I made jam, Scott was out working on the Cruiser. Beck, of course, had to go help him. As soon as he heard Scott was going to work in the garage, he had to run upstairs for his hard hat and his tool box.

Hard at work!
Last Wednesday was Carmen's birthday. We got to celebrate it on Sunday night. She loved her Barbie cake. She is now 5 years old. I just can't believe it! These kids are getting so old!
We are really excited for the warm weather that is here today and supposed to stick around now for a while. I can't wait to head out to the Thanksgiving Point petting zoo, Wheeler Farm, Hogle Zoo, or just to the park for a day in the sun. Spring is my absolute favorite season!

Wow Laura, I am impressed on the Jam. Good job you little homemaker. I wish I could do that. I agree, homemade jam is the only way to go. Looks yummy!
