Slip Sliding Away

We got to spend the day with Tyler and Rosie again yesterday. We were going to play on the new Slip n' Slide that Beck just bought with his piggy bank money, but it was overcast, chilly, and windy all morning while they were here. So instead we watched Robin Hood, had lunch, and got a Jamba Juice. Later that day, after dinner, it finally warmed up so Beck and I went out to try out the Slip n' Slide. Beck loved it! Although he wasn't very good at it at first. He just couldn't get up enough speed so he would run, jump, and fall flat with a big splash. He did like the splash though. By the end he finally got it down and could slide to the end. We couldn't play very long because hose water is FREEZING! We had to go right in and take a nice hot shower and put on his warm jammies. We are going to wait to do it again when the weather nice and hot...like in the 90s....so that his lips don't turn purple next time!
