I have heard about this book for years but never really paid any attention until Loralee and Matt vehemently insisted I HAD TO READ IT! So, I did. It was so wonderful. I would scare Beck as I was reading it because I would laugh right out loud right out of the blue. And he didn't know what to make of me during the last chapters as my sobs were making me choke. He was a good sport about trying to comfort me though.
This book touched my heart because it didn't try to sugar coat the joys of being a dog owner. Sometimes having a dog sucks...but I wouldn't trade it for anything.
