Spooky!

Well, the day started out kind of crappy as I had to go to the dentist. Fortunately, there were no cavities! This is a new experience for me. All growing up I would come home from each appointment with like five or six new cavities. It's crazy what brushing and flossing will do!

Since it was the first day of October, Beck and I decorated for Halloween. We put up some spooky spiderwebs and spiders by the front door.

We put our little character sticks in the flower boxes (Beck's favorite is the ghost). Beck did not know what a ghost was until about a week ago. That's kind of a hard thing to explain to a 3-year-old without freaking him out. But now he loves looking at any kind of ghost and whispering, "Oooohhh!"

This is Beck's scary face by the scary pumpkin.

We love Halloween and can't wait to go to the pumpkin patch, carve and/or paint pumpkins, and go trick-or-treating. Beck is going to be Tigger this year and keeps talking about how we get to paint his face orange. Cute boy!

Fun decorations! Liv also just discovered ghosts and what Halloween is. Now every time she walks into a dark room or hall she puts her hands up and says in a sinister voice "spoooky". Kids are so funny.
