Good Lesson

So, Scott has a problem sometimes about returning his wet towel to the bathroom rack. He occasionally will leave it sitting on our bed, creating a huge wet spot. He did this on Saturday so that on Sunday morning he did not have a towel hanging up waiting for him. So, he used mine. I came into the bathroom and saw this and started teasing him, telling him to leave my towel alone. Beck, who was sitting on the toilet taking care of some business, quickly responded, "Don't fight! Mom, we share in this family. Dad needed your towel. You need to learn to share!"

Castigated by a 4-year-old. Wonderful.

That's funny. Whenever Dave and I "fight", Carmen jumps right in on my side..."Yeah Dad, mom says to knock it off". I think that she likes the opportunity to tell him off sometimes when she can hide behind me as an excuse.

What a cute boy... My favorite is still when he shushed Sis. Walker. Hand in the air...to quiet her, "I know IT!" That event was enough to last me the week until the next practice. Keep em comin Beck! You better watch out though. I told Becca I was Beck's extra Grandma and that I like to spoil him and she said she was going to steal him from me. She was going to make herself his extra special "Aunt". I told her he's mine! Now you have us ladies in the ward fighting over your kid! Good thing you're having another. :)
