We all headed out to the Mrs. Fields cookie factory yesterday for a tour of their facilities.
It was pretty interesting to see how they make and package everything, but it mostly felt like a 30-minute sales presentation of why we should order prepackaged cookie tins for Christmas this year.
I was feeling somewhat underwhelmed by the whole experience until the very end when they started passing out the samples and then I was quickly reminded why Mrs. Fields' cookies are such a big deal....DELICIOUS! We not only took the free samples but we visited the gift shop and bought lots and lots to take home.
It was a fantastic and fattening field trip!
