We had a birthday party for Jen on Sunday. It was a bit anticlimatic because our family has decided that we are not going to give presents anymore. Instead, we are going to take the money we would have spent on presents and put it towards a cruise in two years. So for now, Christmas and birthdays are going to be a little sad. Having said that, it was still a fun party! How can you go wrong with yummy food and great company. We ended up out in the back yard playing with the dogs. This is what happens when Owen gets too close to Griffin (Jon's boxer).
He was COVERED in slime. Grandma Connie almost threw up just looking at him! But Owen just laughed and laughed as the puppy licked and licked.
