Our favorite radio program, Radio From Hell, was doing a remote at Tracy Aviary so we decided to stop by for a free day and say hi!
Immediately, we found some very cute little birds.
Owen does not have quite the same wing span as a condor....close, but not quite.
He was worried that the peacock was going to attack him - the peacock was screaming pretty loud.

This little guy reminded me of my dad's sun conure, Tiki. Cute little guy.
Just as we were leaving, we ran into Bill, our favorite DJ, who very graciously took a picture with Owen. You would've thought Owen was meeting Mickey Mouse - he was so excited to meet the face behind the voice on the radio.
The Tracy Aviary is always cool, but it's also extremely small and only takes about 25 minutes to wander through. Since we still had time before we had to be home, we decided to walk over to the playground at Liberty Park and play for a while. Owen is always enthusiastic about a new park.
