What a fun, crazy, whirlwind weekend. Ashley, Kyle, and Caleb came into town for a visit so we got to have some Christmas celebrations early this year.
We went out for lunch at Blue Lemon. Delicious!
Three generations of cute girls!
Owen absolutely loves his Grandpa Dennis!
Saturday night we had a game night with all the cousins, aunts, and uncles and SOOOO much food. I'm still a little sick from all the cheeseballs I ate.
Sunday morning we headed back over to Grandma's house to open presents. Caleb has already learned that wonderful surprises are hidden under wrapping paper, but envelopes are useless. What is it with adults and all their green paper and plastic cards?
Beck loves his Nerf Thor Hammer. Because it's Nerf, he can hit Owen (and himself) as hard as he wants.
Owen was so excited about his new play kitchen from Grandma and Grandpa.
Scott and his daddy snuggling on the couch.
Ashley and Kyle.
The girls.
Grandma and Grandpa being silly.
It was so much fun because it really felt like Christmas morning. Two different times during the morning Scott and I made comments like, "Wow! Look at the lady running. That's commitment that she's running on Christmas morning." Woops.
We were so lucky that it started to snow Saturday night because the boys got to come home and make a snow penguin on Sunday. He's tiny, but he's adorable!
Snow angel.
Owen playing in his kitchen. He's a pro at "whipping up some eggs" for Beck and making some vegetables just for Mom.
Beck also got Electronic Battleship and has been playing against the computer every spare minute.
And we still get to have another Christmas Day!
How lucky are we?
