We got a free turkey from Scott's work and so decided to have a feast with some friends. Here is our naked bird all stuffed and ready to roast.
(Here's a tip for all you chefs out there: Never stuff your turkey with stuffing - it sucks all the moisture out of your bird. Instead, stuff it with apples, oranges, and lemons - anything that will put moisture back into the meat. Trust me, it's delicious!)
After the feast, the boys were excited to try the wishbone. Each one made their wish and pulled....
Beck got it!
Owen did not.
On Saturday, we had a birthday party for Carlee and Connor.

After the party, we got to work making Christmas cookies in anticipation of Santa's visit.
When we finished, Owen was a little hyper and started dancing around in his underwear and new Christmas socks.
I'm telling ya....the kid is weird.
Christmas is practically here!
