Because I found one in my living room! Thanks Heather for the cute costume. It's adorable and so warm!
And then I found Santa in the kitchen. We delivered our neighbor gifts last night and Beck insisted on wearing his Santa hat while he ran the gifts to the doors.
ONLY THREE DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!

That is THE cutest thing I have EVER seen! Only Owen could pull that off. Linc isn't innocent enough, Santa's reindeers don't sneer.
