We left the kids behind in the rain and headed down to Cabo for a beautiful weekend. We got there just in time to see a gorgeous sunset and then enjoy a delicious Valentine's Day dinner.
We participated in an Amazing Race-type excursion. We met the rest of the group at a local restaurant that Guy Fieri had reviewed for his show and had to get a picture with our very own Guy lookalike.
After the race, where our team came in second place, we all enjoyed some authentic chips and salsa.
I loved the little birds at the resort. If you looked away from your plate even for a second, they would swoop in and make themselves at home. If you look close, there is a bird perched on the tray enjoying a tasty morsel. They made me laugh throughout every meal.
This was where I spent most of the trip....just me and a book.

Scott even read a book on this trip. It's a miracle!
We took a water taxi out to see Lover's Beach.
And then walked over to Divorce Beach.
On Divorce Beach, we weighed our options, but I still let Scotty come home with me.
