For New Year's Eve, we rang in 2014 by having our annual movie marathon. We always try to pick some older movies to educate the kids on the history of film. Their favorite was Ghostbusters (Beck only had to close his eyes twice).
Happy New Year!
On New Year's Day, we went to The Little America for brunch with Grandma Pauline's family. It was fun for the cousins to catch up.

and their giant gingerbread house
and all their cute Christmas displays.
This year, I'm focusing on finding inner peace, outer health, and further elucidating my literary visions (I want to read more).
