We were supposed to go camping this last weekend for the 24th, but then Scotty got a better offer to go on a motorcycle trip to Lake Tahoe with his dad and bailed on us. We decided we were not going to sit around and let him have all the fun, so I packed up the boys and headed up to Snowbird for the night.
After checking things out, we went out for a lovely dinner on the patio. We had some company while we ate. This little guy tried to climb into my purse at one point. I think he was trying to steal my stash of candy!
After the boys had their fill of swimming, we crashed in our room with hot chocolate and sat back in the cool air and watched the sunset.
So beautiful!

Owen just liked turning the handle to make the cereal come out and had two bowls of Cap'n Crunch and Raisin Bran.

During our hike, Owen would stop and check our map to make sure we were going the right way. Most of the time, he was holding the map upside down. Luckily, we still were able to find our way to our destination.

It was such a great mini vacation so close to home! I can't wait to do it again!
