It was Beck's second race this weekend. It was sponsored by the Girl Scouts and the runners chased a Thin Mint cookie down the race course. Beck was not excited about running in the freezing cold rainy weather, but he still tried to have a good attitude while he stretched.
Of course, Owen had to stretch out too.

This was at the final turn. Owen offered moral support and jumped in and ran with Beck for a little while.
He was tired, but he did so good and came in 9th overall out of 36 runners.
He's getting faster!
